  • Step Two: Design Feasibility

    We will carry out a measured survey of the existing site and building. This will allow us to prepare some initial plans, opening up a design discussion.

    We will further alter these plans to meet your requirements.

  • Step Three: Planning

    We will submit a planning application to the local authority to gain feedback on our design proposal.

    We will work diligently and swiftly to address any contentious aspects of our proposal.

  • Step Four: Building Warrant

    We will prepare and submit a building warrant on your behalf.

    We can help appoint a structural engineer. This is often required in order to demonstrate that the proposal meets the minimum criteria in compliance with building regulations.

  • Step Five: Pre-Construction

    We will prepare various production information in the form of drawings and specifications, which will form part of the contract between you and your desired contractor.

    This information will allow your desired contractor to calculate a cost to execute our design proposal.

  • Step Six: On Site

    We will prepare various contract documents that form the agreement between you and your appointed contractor.

    We will arrange regular site visits to inspect the works. We will also issue interim payment valuations on completed works in order to control any variations to the contract.
